How do I metaphorically re-oil my feathers? Nothing is rolling off; it's all sticking and pissing me off, and I'm just no fun when I'm like this.

Actually, a hot bath, good book, glass of wine and a bag of cookies can do wonders. Yes, it's a a short term cure, but soemtimes just a little thing can help.
