Need an attitude adjustment

How do I metaphorically re-oil my feathers? Nothing is rolling off; it's all sticking and pissing me off, and I'm just no fun when I'm like this.

breakfast for dinner
water fights IN the house
run through the sprinklers
rearrange the furniture and vacuum under the sofa
smile at yourself in the mirror
paint a wall
play a game (board, computer, arcade, etc., arcade could be a fun outing)
something fun and different
much harder to focus on the mental stuff while having fun
