This is why I hate to delegate. Anything.

I drove out to LA today to pick up the castings for armillary sphere rings. He gave them to me all jumbled together in a baggie, and sure enough, when I get home, there are five extras of one part where there needed to be five of a different part. This means I only have two functional sets for the larger size ring. Of course I phone him, and between his mostly-sort-of English and the general complexity of the rings, I cannot get him to understand which part I need more of. I'm going to have to send him a picture.

I really want to tell the world I'm ready to make these rings, because lots of people are interested and I really really need the money. I even have a first-draft website, courtesy of Loupnoir. Who seems to be the one person I can delegate to and actually have something happen.

Why do I expect other people's businesses to be more organized than mine?

Ok, another question, because I'm too lazy and annoyed to look up how to create a poll: I intend to create a new LJ account for the Steampunk jewelry and accessories. Someone else has taken "madjeweler", so I'm thinking of "Mad_Jeweler", "TheMadJeweler", or "MadJewelersWorkshop". That last one is the name of the website, so there is a reason for it being so long. What do you think?
